A three day intensive training program on Leadership and Supervisory Skills was conducted for our managers and supervisors at Metropolitan Hotel in two batches from 11th to 13th June and from 25th to 27th June. The training provided a unique opportunity for them to review their leadership and supervisory capabilities and identify specific areas for personal development.

The program also focused on how to enable managers to communicate Pharmatrade strategic and operational directives to their team members and empower them for excelling in their performance, in view of the developed business plans, objectives, KPIs and situational leadership.
